If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. Asanteart only grants use and access of this website, its products and its service to those who have accepted the terms.
By using this website, you agree that the laws of England and Wales without regards to conflict laws will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Asanteart and you.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects whatsoever of these Terms of Use or of any term of these Terms of Use will be governed by the law of England and Wales.
The English and Welsh courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or use of the Website.
However this does not prevent residents of Northern Ireland, Scotland or Europe from starting proceedings in their own local courts.
You agree to indemnify Asanteart and hold Asanteart harmless against legal claims and damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.
Asanteart reserves the right to edit, modify, and change the agreement at any time. This agreement is an understanding between Asanteart and the user and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
The content and art contained on this website is that of the Artist Sarah Asante and is not to be reproduced or reused without Sarah Asante's express permission.
While we do our best to ensure the accuracy of information regarding the products available on our website we cannot be held responsible if there are discrepancies in colour with our art pieces. We recognise that our users may be using devices which may display colours differently. Due to this Asanteart is not responsible for the colour accuracy of any original works of art and disclaims all liability in this regard.
Asanteart makes every effort to supply our art pieces as advertised but reserves the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications without prior notice.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card as well as using Stripe and Paypal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your good(s) or provision of service to you.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Asanteart is committed to providing customers with the highest quality products and service. However on rare occasions, if a product is not to your satisfaction please contact us.
All good supplied by Asanteart are warranted to be generally free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which the goods would normally be used. All services provided by Asanteart will be provided with reasonable skill and care and within a reasonable period.
Subject to the right for consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Asanteart does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
Once the product is received the buyer has 14 days to contact Asanteart using the website's contact us tab should they wish to request a refund clearly stating their reason. The buyer will be responsible for return costs of the item either in its original packaging or similar.
While we aim to ensure that a product for sale is in stock, we cannot be held liable if there is a mistake and a product is sold out, in which case we reserve the right to cancel your order.
